Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down.

OVERTIME fees will apply in 30-minute increments at 1.5 X BASE RATE.
Early arrival counts as overtime.

You’ll first arrive to a beautiful & bright artistically decorated building with brick and timber lofts. Our upscale lofts have high ceilings & large windows providing lots of natural light.

Where we’re located:
Our warehouse/industrial space is less than two miles west of Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago White Sox Baseball Team. The building is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Downtown Chicago.

Logistics:
A Production/Content Creation/Event studio offering hourly rentals in the heart of Bridgeport, Chicago. Our space is 426 SF brick and timber loft that has high ceilings & large windows providing lots of natural light.

There will always be an on-site host present the entire duration of your booking in case you need any assistance. We are hands on and love to help.
